The Real Estate General Authority has announced the launch of the first national digital real estate valuation platform. The initiative aims to unify standards and enhance transparency, allowing investors and individuals to access accurate valuation reports within minutes.
"The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing in the Kingdom announced the launch of more than 30,000 new housing units under the Private Sector Partnership Program, as part of the Saudi Vision 2030 goals to increase home ownership. The projects will cover Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, with a focus on modern designs and affordable units for middle-income earners."
